Shipping Policy

Upon receiving your order, we ship the item within 2-3 business days. All orders are delivered via USPS MAIL with tracking.  Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.  Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order, as shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped.  Undeliverable packages returned to us due to incomplete or invalid shipping address provided in the order will result in cancellation of the order followed by a refund deducting the original shipping fee.  All jewelry items are packaged securely and safely, and we minimize the number of gift boxes in one package unless specifically requested otherwise.

* FREE U.S. Shipping on orders over $100


Upon shipping, we will provide a USPS tracking number through our shipment confirmation email.  Standard FIRST-CLASS MAIL packages weighing up to 13 oz may take 1-3 business days to be delivered, varying on destination.  PRIORITY MAIL packages weighing heavier than 13 oz for ground service may take 2-5 business days to be delivered, varying on destination.  There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control.  We are not responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed in transit due to weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.   


International Deliveries

* FREE Canada Shipping on orders over $250 USD

All International deliveries are made via USPS FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE with tracking (customs number).  We are not responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed in transit due to events beyond our reasonable control.  The international delivery may take up to 15 business days, varying on destination. If for any reason you would like to upgrade your shipping service option (i.e. UPS or FedEx for faster delivery and tracking), please indicate your request in the comment box and we will subsequently include the additional shipping costs in your order.  


It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay duties and taxes imposed by your government, if any.  The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable import duty, VAT, or additional taxes and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Depending on which country the goods are shipped to, duties and taxes can add 20% or more to the total cost.  Additional procedures and/or charges may be required for customs clearance and cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  We will include these charges on orders shipped via FedEx or UPS.  Please email us and we will be happy to estimate the charges for shipments to your country.    



Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn, unused, and unwashed item with all tags attached, within 14 days of the delivery date inside the original PUT ON LOVE packaging.  Upon receiving and processing your return, we will refund the full value of your purchase and the original shipping fee, but deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.  Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed, as all refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.  We do not accept and will not process refunds for garments that are returned with signs of being worn, missing the original tag, or delivered to us outside the 14-day window.  Such items will be sent back to the original address.  We do not accept returns on jewelry, scarves, and handbags.  All sales are final and items marked as sale cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.  We accept returns for the U.S. customers only, when the item is returned via USPS MAIL.  We are not responsible for your packages that are lost, stolen, returned, or delayed in transit.  To arrange a return, please email us at stating your name, order number and the reason for return, and we will provide you with a printable return mailing label for you to drop off the package at a convenient USPS location or schedule with USPS for a pickup.  We will stop accepting returns from any customer who makes more than 3 consecutive returns.  We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.  If you would like a different size, please return the original item following the above returns policy and procedure, and make a new order for the different size.
